Financial Information
Membership in all sororities comes with associated costs. All ZTA collegians pay national and local dues and fees each semester of membership. Zeta Tau Alpha adheres to our national financial policies regarding financial management. ZTA uses Billhighway for all membership billing. Members typically receive invoice notices via email on the first of each month.
For most chapters, all dues and semester fees are billed and due in three equal installments the first three months of each semester. Chapters billing quarterly will be billed Aug./Sept., Jan./Feb., and Apr./May. Billing for t-shirts, tickets, registrations and other miscellaneous items are billed each month the charge was incurred and are those purchases are optional to members in most cases. Sisters who need extended payment arrangements have the opportunity to discuss these options with chapter leadership upon joining the chapter.
Zeta Tau Alpha charges dues to support the various activities, programs, and operations that ensure the chapter’s success and the enrichment of its members' experiences. These dues help cover expenses such as chapter events, philanthropic initiatives, national fees, administrative costs, and social activities. Dues also contribute to funding resources that support personal growth, leadership development, and academic success. By paying dues, members can participate in the benefits of sisterhood, engage in philanthropic efforts like breast cancer awareness, and receive the support and structure provided by the chapter and national organization. The fees are an investment in the overall experience and long-term impact of ZTA membership.
